Process
To create a unified and streamlined mobile shopping experience, Shoppio was designed through a focused process of research, ideation, and prototyping.
RESEARCH & ANALYSIS
Conducted user research surveys to identify pain points in mobile shopping. Synthesized data through affinity mapping. Performed competitor analysis of apps like Steam, Etsy, and Amazon.
Developed user personas and empathy maps to understand user needs. Defined the core problem and generated "How Might We" questions. Mapped user flows and utilized mind mapping to explore features. Prioritized features using an impact vs. effort chart.
DESIGN & PROTOTYPE
Designed key screens and user flows, focusing on launch, login, personalization, product discovery, and checkout. Created mid-fidelity mockups to visualize the user experience. Particular attention was paid to visual consistency across all screens.
